Thank you for supporting SNS Outfitter & Guides merchandise.

All items are made to order through our production partner once your order is placed. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. During holidays, sales, or peak hunting seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, print provider, or inventory availability.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

SNS Outfitter & Guides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at social@huntwyo.com and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at social@huntwyo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging
