Returns & Exchanges

At SNS Outfitter & Guides, our merchandise is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at social@huntwyo.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund for qualifying issues.

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because all apparel is printed to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
